CARE Esthetics is a global leader in PRP/PRF therapies, and our treatments are designed to refresh and restore you skin from the inside out.
Ready to glow? Learn how microneedling with PRF can transform your skin.
Microneedling uses ultra-fine needles to create tiny micro-injuries in your skin. This triggers your body’s natural healing response, boosting collagen and cell renewal.
When combined with Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) — your body’s own natural growth factors — the results are even more powerful!
This treatment helps:
It’s a natural way to refresh and restore your skin — from the inside out!
Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) is the next generation of PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) — but with even more powerful results.
It’s made from your own blood and packed with platelets and healing growth factors. Unlike PRP, PRF releases these growth factors slowly over time, giving you longer-lasting results.
PRF is ideal for:
It’s 100% natural, with no additives — just your body’s own healing power!
Microneedling creates tiny channels in your skin, allowing PRF and other products like serums and moisturizers to absorb more deeply and work more effectively.
As your skin begins to heal, it naturally releases growth factors — boosting collagen production and improving your skin’s texture and tone.
Here’s what you can expect:
It’s a powerful combo for lasting skin rejuvenation! Schedule your consultation today!
If you’re in good health and want to:
then microneedling could be a great option for you!
It is perfect for both women and men looking to refresh their skin without surgery!
Some redness and swelling is normal right after your session. Most patients in our Bolton office can get back to daily routines within 24–48 hours.
To protect your skin and get the best results:
Once your skin heals, apply broad-spectrum sunscreen daily to maintain your glow and protect your results.
As your skin heals, you’ll start to notice smoother texture and a more even tone.
The best part? Your results continue to improve over the next few weeks and months as your collagen production increases!
For long-lasting benefits, your provider may suggest a series of treatments based on your skin goals.
To keep you comfortable during your microneedling with PRF treatment, your provider may apply a topical anesthetic about one hour prior.
Microneedling with PRF has minimal risks linked with the therapy. However, it is still not recommended for pregnant or nursing women. Additionally, if you have lupus or vitiligo, you may develop lesions or encounter unwanted side effects.
The cost of your treatment may vary based on the microneedling therapy you choose (PRP vs. PRF), the number of areas you have treated, and any extra serums you require. Your provider will go through your treatment plan and break down the cost during your appointment.
Microneedling with PRF is a cosmetic treatment and is not typically covered by medical insurance.
There are several key distinctions between platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF). While both are used in regenerative treatments,PRF tubes have no chemical additives. In addition, PRF has a fibrin matrix and it is spun slower than PRP—making the final growth factors more concentrated than PRP. As a result, PRF growth factors take longer to release following your treatments, enabling prolonged regenerative effects. Dr. Schlewet is deeply committed in ensuring that the team at CARE Esthetics of Bolton is providing a holistic and client centered approach consistent with his philosophy as an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist, where his office provides an airway-focused approach that ensures patients receive the most advanced and appropriate care for their needs for resolving chronic sinus issues or restoring restful sleep, which is core to a person’s overall health.
As a holistic dentist, Dr. David believes strongly in using treatments to help facilitate the body’s ability to heal itself wherever possible. Many of the techniques and technologies being used at Care Esthetics of Bolton hold true to this philosophy.
Over the past two decades, Dr. David’s patients have sought her cosmetic expertise to improve their smiles and she has worked with her patients to produce stunning results (link to smile gallery). Frequently, upon successful completion of a large cosmetic case, many of her patients wanted to rejuvenate the rest of their face to match their new smile and would ask her to recommend skin rejuvenation treatments for their face. Care Esthetics of Bolton was founded to fulfill this need!
Dr. David has focused her attention on incorporating wrinkle relaxers into the practice. Wrinkle relaxers are cosmetic treatments that reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. These treatments typically involve the injection of botulinum toxin type A, such as Botox, Dysport, or Xeomin. These treatments block nerve signals to the targeted muscles, preventing muscle contractions that cause wrinkles. This leads to a smoother and more youthful appearance. She received her training from the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics in Dermal fillers and Botox.
With all of the facial aesthetics treatments incorporated into the practice, Dr. David ensures that she knows exactly what her patients are feeling by undergoing the same treatment herself!
Dr. David is a graduate of both the prestigious Dawson Center for Aesthetics and the Spear Institute of Advanced Dental Education, where she has participated as a member of the faculty and spends several weeks a year working with dentists from around the country. She has a specific interest in changing lives through her thorough understanding of cosmetic dentistry and works with many patients to provide them with the smile they have always wanted. Dr. David continues to serve as an advisor to other local dentists on specific cosmetic cases and receives referrals from colleagues. Additionally, she participates in several local study groups with colleagues to collectively share ideas and approaches to challenging cases.
Some aesthetic cases do not need to be sent to the lab and can be done the same day with one of the two Cerec machines we have in the practice. Since Dr. David deploys this technology in her office, she ensures that she and her team provide the best in clinical excellence through CDOCs, where she interacts with like-minded dentists from around the country to discuss techniques in digital dentistry. She and her staff continue to participate in formal Cerec hands-on training to ensure the best outcomes for their patients.
